      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Cabinets.com – it’s a good group of people and the company stands behind their products. It’s exciting to see the company grow so fast in the 2+ years I’ve been here. Upper management genuinely cares about the employees and our customers, which I think motivates everyone to do their best at their jobs.

      Cons

      The health insurance is good, but it is a little more expensive than I’m used to.

      Pros

      Really love the work environment and perks. As long as they don't go public all should be well. They really take care of their customers and staff.

      Cons

      Wish they had 401k and options to work from home 1 day a week for employees who live far away.

      There are a lot of talented designers who work here, and they do help eachother.

      Cons

      A lot of leads come in, you need to have a fast turn around time.
