Pros
As the title says, it's a decent starting job. Open floor plan. Plenty of windows. Direct manager actually cared about his workers.
Cons
Management lets senior workers get away with whatever they want. There was a woman who sat right behind me and spent all day shopping for shoes online instead of doing her job. When I brought this up to management, they said "there's nothing we can do, just deal with it".
