They're a pretty big cable and internet company so you get free Cable/Telephony and Internet as an employee.
There's no free lunch but the cafeteria food is pretty cheap.

Upper (the uppest) management won't hear ideas of new (breakthrough) products until too late just so they can claim it was their idea.
Customer support is the worst in the country so when people on the street realize you work there tend to immediately complain to you.
