Cabot is a company full of hospitality professionals, from top to bottom the people who work here love this industry. They seem to truly care about the well being of the staff. The growth of this company leads to future opportunities here or at another developing property. Addition of a new staff accommodation should give comfort to students hoping to find a good place to work for the summer. The pay is average but the town/island of Cape Breton are amazing. hikes, trails, beaches, water activities make for fun filled days off. The golf here is obviously top notch and with The Nest, even beginners can have fun on the course.

Due to the worker shortage (not exactly cabot's fault) it can get a little rough with the working hours but the management team do their best to accommodate each person. Obviously you can't please everyone.
