      flexible hours, base access and partial privileges, multiple offices and equipment provided. Decent retirement, PTO, and medical benefits package.

      Cons

      Unstructured in New contract with DoD. Overlapping management and leadership quarrels. On-call demands with little to no lead notice. No growth or training opportunities in some departments, such as IT or Accounting.
