Pretty much everything. - Super Toxic Management. Nepotism is rampant within. - Egregiously low pay and the benefits are laughable. The employee premium for benefits is like half your paycheck. It is so cringe. - HR is power hungry, manipulative, controlling, arrogant and extremely passive aggressive. HR actively creates an environment where people are afraid to ask for any help, and they like it that way. - There is no support for you. Management will strip you of your dignity and treat you with absolutely no respect. - Very passive-aggressive working environment. Nobody there has a problem throwing you under the bus, if it will make them look better. - Leadership will openly broadcast their disdain for employees they do not like.
