Trucks look nice, but don't get maintained or taken care of

Dispatch sucks, start times are all over the place. Don't know when you are going to start or end your day or even know what your doing half the time. On the equipment transport side you take equipment from one job site to another just to take it back the next day. Or load equipment on your trailer just to be told to unload it. Winter time no hours some weeks would have 32 some weeks would have 56. Push for you to do alot of illegal things. Benefits suck! They say after 60 days you are eligible for benefits just to be able to select your benefits at 60 days and then have to wait another 30 just to get them... they will feed you a bunch of crap to get you on. No wonder the bill board out front is always saying hiring cdl drivers
