A fun job at one of the most iconic golf courses in the US. Being a caddie was such a highlight. Spending everyday on the course, chopping it up with new people, and having flexible hours. If you love golf, this is for you.
Cons
Some of the downsides were wait times. Sometimes waiting for 2+ hours just to get told there was no work for the day. No benefits either.

Love how I can continue working for the company no matter where I move. I’ve been with some amazing courses through CADDIEMASTER. They also will bump you up to a minimum if in a very rare case a group totally stiffs you. I’ve only had this happen once but it was an easy process to talk to the head caddy master and he helped me and took care of it.
Cons
I guess you could say sometimes the unpredictable nature of outdoor sports and hospitality industry. Weather and cancelations can affect things as well as an unknown pay although pay has not been an issue.
