      happy hour once month and birthday cake. People are highly talented. For junior engineers a lot of things can be learned.

      Cons

      Need more benefits, the promotion after T4 was hard. EDA industry is a narrow career path. Different teams may have different work load. Cross-team communications is not so good sometimes.
