Pros
Cadence provides a good environment which allows you to grow in many Directions. The problems we tackle with our software are interesting, and all who are interested, can be involved. They have good activities to invlove employees, and at times their families.
Cons
Communication from upper levels down is poor. It is often difficult to understand the real business driver for projects. This sometimes results in competing initiatives. There are too many VP's with their compartmentalized agendas.
