Pros
- Great environment to work at - Good team environment -Plenty of chances to learn and grow -Competitive starting salary -Management is very understanding (Very team dependent though)
Cons
-IT seems to be always swamped, so it is hard to get any help on technical difficulties -Would like a better raise/bonus (likely due to Covid) -Company growing pains, lots of positions so "too many cooks in the kitchen" feeling sometimes -Cafeteria isn't really discounted (stipend) even though they claim it is
