      The sense of community and commitment to employees is great and the best environment I've worked in. In addition, the company's commitment to the communities where we have facilities is fantastic. Employees truly enjoy working here. It's fun, challenging and energizing.

      The ongoing Volatility of the EDA market requires a lot of ongoing tweaking of strategies and organizations. You have to be nimble and embrace ambiguity and change with a very positive attitude.
