1. Hostile environment. 2. Retaliation - when I reported hostile environment issues, the high-level management wanted to move to other projects. 3. Not a female-friendly place to work, depending on teams, as it's still a very men-dominant company. Sometimes others (not necessarily manager) might say something that's not intended, but female employees might not be comfortable with, which is hostile/toxic. I experienced this in 2 out of 3 teams throughout 5 years.
