Pros

The overall job was easy and my coworkers were great. The annual raises and profit sharing were a bonus as well.

Cons

They act like they care about you but they truly don't. You can spend 5 years working for them, and they will fire your entire team with 0 notice in a 30 second video call with one of the execs, during one of the worst times for unemployment in the country, just to outsource your job to a cheap contact centre. It's very clear that they only care about money, and not the mental wellbeing of the employees they claim to put first.
