They have a really strong senior management team right now and an amazing list of development projects in the pipeline, they will be around for a long time to come with lots of opportunities for all who work there to enjoy and build their careers on.
Cons
There are some issues in their corporate culture. This is common knowledge and they are working on it proactively (It takes courage to do that sort of stuff. Congratulations on the effort, which is already yielding excellent results). Also, as a mid sized business staff wise, career opportunities are limited, which at times may lead to employee disaffection and career stagnation.
