Store managers have ZERO freedom to run their stores. Upper management micco-manages but often drops the ball and leaves you hanging on important issues. Some higher ups try and proposition staff and jobs get threatened if you do not go along with it. Many lies get told to eemployees. They do not give a crap about any employess who are not family. There is also a lot of sketchy money issues going on.
