Great ambient, friendly staff, good location

Not the best dress code

It was busy at times, and had interesting clientele.

Heavy-handed management. Carrot-and-stick training was abysmal. Tell employees exactly what the standards are, and make sure each employee follows the company way. In other words, less freelancing. Have a more precise training manual. Too much fashion meets food. It felt like a Victoria's Secret Super Bowl runway show half the time.
