STAFF DISCOUNT, FREE LUNCH (IN STEAD OF PROPER BREAK TIME)

1 Manager not happy when you asked to go to bathroom too often, even you finished what they asked you to do and not busy around. 2 You will only get 5-10 min break time NO MATTER you are doing a 5 hr or 8.5 hr shift. ‘Providing free food’ is their excuse of giving a PROPER and LEGAL break time for staff. 3 After I gave the 2 weeks notice and willing to continue work until then I got a replied 3 days later of NO NEED TO COME TO WORK FROM TOMORROW. (10 hours before I start the next shift) So the 3 shifts (~18.5 hours) scheduled for me got canceled because that’s the way they treat their staff. 4 Cash in hand wages- Is it LEGAL? 5 Salary is $20/ hr 6 UNFRIENDLY staff, especially the Korean kitchen staff, yelling at me because I asked questions on my 2nd shift? And being rude because I can’t understand their Korean accent English. 7 They expected you to take the HOT dishes out of the dishwashing machine right after it finished and asked you NOT TO USE the towel to take those dishes, as the manager think IS NOT THAT HOT. 8 Asked me to come to the store to get the salary- when I get there the manager said she doesn’t know I’m coming today so there is no salary for me to collect. NOT EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR THAT. 9 JUST RUDE Good luck for anyone want to work there and I hope this company will notice how bad they treat their staff and they will make some changes.
