      People! - Met there lots of amazing people, have lots of fun during the shift, lots of incentives

      Cons

      Pay of the job they expecting to do is too low, Work/Life balance as a manger is terrible especially if you don't have enough staff

      Pros

      Customers can be the best part of the day if you build connections with them.

      Cons

      The management was lacking, no enforcement of rules and unrealistic expectations of staff. Upper management only cares about sales numbers not staff experience. Prepare to work every shift understaffed while management takes off the weekend.
