You have to stay until everthing is finished which would be fine but you aren't paid for the extra time and some times it would be impossible to get done for the said time. then the next morning some one is complaining you didn't do something properly when you had to stay for an extra half hour of your time to get it done at all. Has a very snooty feel to it. So when youstart as an outsider you don't feel welcome. The six steps and barista priorities make your life hell, make you into a machine and prevent you taking any initiative. The coffee isn't nice.
