We were understaffed most of the time, and the reason given to us was that we needed to hit a certain amount of sales to hire extra support. While it is understandable, the number of people coming into the store does not depend on us but on the marketing and location. The number of people per shift is very small, and with that, we were all constantly sick or poorly—all that while being paid under a living wage salary.
