The company has a generous bonus structure but you pay for it with your soul. The company is so rigid about attendance and you walk on eggshells. So many people have been fired (good people) and you wonder what the executive's agenda is? Many upper level Directors and Managers have walked out. Made one of the "BEST PLACES TO WORK" but don't be fooled by that. So many disgruntled workers...you shouldn't dread going to work in the morning. It's something you should look forward to. Something is seriously wrong with this company.
