      Caissa PS has taught me so many different things about the business of consulting. How to win, how to strategize, how to take action, and how to lead. The employees are all friendly and are always willing to involve me in different projects. It is a fast-paced work environment that pushes everyone in the office to work their very hardest. Caissa is committed to helping their clients win, and they frequently do that.

      Nothing at all, it is hands down the best job I have ever had.

      Caissa Public Strategy consists of a diverse work environment and continues to offer its employees opportunities for growth both within the company and the community. The skills learned at our firm will not only set us up for success in the company, but within our daily lives. The environment is extremely welcoming and feels like a family. The partners of the company are always looking for input from employees of all levels and no one's opinions or feelings are ever overlooked. We strive to improve and serve our local clients along with the public schools which we partner with all over the country.

      If you don't want to travel there is a lot of traveling involved.
