      Outside of leadership, you'll meet interesting people.

      Cons

      The leadership is toxic, will throw you under the bus, has a high turnover rate (aka fire within weeks), has no direction, shady, one of the executives consistently is angry and has zero EQ The firm doesn't train you in anything, expects you to come and just make magic happen (gets mad when you do something that isn't the strategy but the strategy is never given to you), horrific onboarding, pi-- poor benefits (if you can call it that)

      Pros

      Caissa Public Strategy consists of a diverse work environment and continues to offer its employees opportunities for growth both within the company and the community. The skills learned at our firm will not only set us up for success in the company, but within our daily lives. The environment is extremely welcoming and feels like a family. The partners of the company are always looking for input from employees of all levels and no one's opinions or feelings are ever overlooked. We strive to improve and serve our local clients along with the public schools which we partner with all over the country.

      If you don't want to travel there is a lot of traveling involved.
