      Pros

      Flexibility-wise, we don’t really have to push ourselves here. The people are friendly and quite helpful.

      Cons

      But the workflow is really messy. People message others outside working hours, and whenever you ask something, you just get passed around from one person to another. It’s really hard to find the actual person in charge.

      -bpjs, jht etc -good coworker

      Cons

      -you have to work on weekends even on leave with terrible deadlines. if not, your boss will call you -low salary -rise ur position doesn't mean high salary, just for u got the pride for higher position -they will give you title Senior than rise ur position to get igher position
