Startups can be challenging, but it's rewarding to build something big and succeed.

Still in the smaller phases of the business so is great to take on all new challenges and see the value in what you do reflected regularly. you get to take ownership and make a difference.

Is still a smaller business but to me that is actually a pro, no real Cons that I have come into.
