Accommodating of college work outside work hours, very flexible.

Typical customer service work and having to deal with other students.

Beautiful location and a wonderful local community. Alumni who have interacted with the school and Ranch are a great support network.

The administration has No Leadership Principles, leaving you guessing as to how to succeed. Lower level managers have no obvious accountability to higher level management and are generally untrained at supervision. Partly due to the long distance to the remote site, the higher level administration has little capacity to oversee remote workplace ethics. In an effort to break from an imaginary, uninformed past, the College, which 'manages' the site, is abandoning past success and inviting future failure. The repeating themes of this feckless management, carrying on despite personnel shifts, leaves one wondering 'what's in the water?'
