Pros
This week marked the beginning for an amazing opportunity for me with CalAmp. The training was really laid back and one to one which made the question and answering session excellent. It really did impact my ability to get in quickly and work independently. There are many opportunities that could be brought about within CalAmp due to recent acquisition. To me an acquisition does not bring negativity, but Growth.
Cons
As there is no perfect world, there is no perfect company. As a recent hire, I would have to say that my con's have not been identified, but should they arrive, I'm sure this will be an environment that would definitely want to know and learn how to improve for best.
