Calance is worst than HELL for a Talented person - Consultant Technology Calance Employee Review

1. Hire & fire on completion of project doesn't matter how much you have contributed. 2. Only small projects 4-6 months. 3. No SDLC or STLC process defined. 4. No Learning ! No personal growth 5. No Appraisals . Even they don't know exactly what is this. 6. No DEFINED WORKING HOURS. You have to work 10 -18 hrs a day. 7. Their manager treat you like a slave. 8. No Comp-off , Food & conveyance if you working on Sat/Sun or on Holiday. 9. Their managers will make you fool by saying that this is release/build day. 10. The company standard is below CMM level 2
