Cons
Caldera Care is simply a predatory company with a manipulative leadership. There's no sugarcoating this. It's an awful company that only seeks to exploit and abuse its employees. Nurses like me are forced to work for extended hours because the shifts here are really brutal. The workloads are overwhelming, and we get a mediocre salary at best.
