Pros

The residents, some coworkers, high standards of care

Cons

Pay is horrendous compared to most other places in the area, most CNA's have a patient load of more than 12-15 a day which is illegal in several states, very little management support, constantly will need to stay overtime because the technology used for charting is limited, will be pressured into staying for 16+ hours a day, corporate cuts costs by reducing quality of equipment and upping ratios.
