- It is a startup- which can mean a few things. You'll need to be resourceful and agile by the very definition. For the right person this will be a fun challenge, and for others it may be challenging so definitely decide what it is that you want before joining a startup. - Still adjusting to the growth: current meeting structures will not be sustainable in the future, so just be mindful of that when we expand even bigger.

A lot of talent and bright-minded thinkers packed into this small company. Problems presented are challenging and interesting. We're very responsive to client feedback and it's nice for the engineers to connect with them directly sometimes. Head of engineering is super smart and caring. People respect that we all have lives outside of work and that can't be overstated.

Concerned that if we just focus on what the biggest players in this industry are doing we may forget to be innovative. We are a very small team so sometimes it may feel like we bite off too much for our size without hiring more.
