      Pros

      None, there is zero pros for this company all upper management is disorganized there is no help from the DM they never do store visits

      Cons

      They changed their system and made thier staff learn something new literally 2 months before they closed down the store, upper management is a joke they get paid over 100k to do absolutely nothing except tell you to be positive on zoom calls

      Pros

      The company was engaging and interesting. A lot of really smart people worked there trying to solve some great challenging problems.

      Cons

      The technology they were trying to develop was far from profitability. Although it was well funded at the time, the future was bleak. We felt like we working on really important projects, but it was impossible to stay very optimistic
