Pros
The amazing branch Supervisor makes everyone feel at home right away. She was definitely our work mom and the only reason most of us stayed during COVID-19.
Cons
Management (corporate) does not value their employees at all. The employment comes with many sources of stress, such as handling large sums of money whilst dealing with tough customers in a fast-paced environment, and there are no incentives to stay. The branch manager also hardly fights for their team, which gives zero motivation or confidence about your future in the company.
