Management hires his friends and treats employees like dirt

Wages and benefits are good.

Exposed to assaults, drugs and everything is your fault attitude from management. They ask your opinion then never implement the response. If your Caucasian, you’ll never be promoted if your lucky enough to even be hired. So happy to be retired.
