Pros
Good people on the floor and really smart, experienced techs. They have a decent education reimbursement program if you could ever get granted access to it.
Cons
Absolutely no room for advancement. The only individuals who get promoted in this company seem to be in upper management. Middle management is filled with people who have been at their jobs far too long. They have no worries of repercussions when they do their job poorly, and have no care or respect for those working under them. Employee suggestions will be tolerated but never actually given any thought. Pay is horrible and well below industry average in the province. They also have a history of not approving holiday time and then forcing a payout at a later date because they don't want people to have too much time banked.
