      Its a stable company with many great incentives! You get what you put into this job, work hard and this company will take care of you.

      Cons

      We are growing quite rapidly and in my opinion we are not not training our teammates as well as we could be.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
