      The mentality that it is always management's fault. We first have to look into ourselves before blaming Management. Yes this business its just like any other business. Its all about the numbers (yes money), that is why we get up each morning and go to work.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
