      Pros

      Will hire anyone has a tech even with no tools or ability to do autobody let alone collision repair

      Cons

      Writers with no drive or knowledge on how to write a proper estimate. Upper management is a joke. The company seems to have a 1 to 1 ratio tech to some kind of a management and yet nothing gets fixed if you have a issue.

      Pros

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
