Pros
They were willing to spend money on new and updated equipment, or at least they did for the location I was employed at.
Cons
Terrible company, with poor leadership on all levels! They say they are "all about their employees" and "doing the right thing". Which you will find on at least 1 poster inside every location. If you have to preach to your employees and customers how good you are to them, you are not taking the correct approach. Let your company/organization and business practices sell your "employee & customer loyalty". All they use is cheap aftermarket, used, and reconditioned parts, because that is where they make the most profit, not with using new OEM parts. I was reprimanded once for putting a brand new OEM part on a customers new car because their insurance would pay for it. We made 24% profit margin on the OEM part vs. using the insurance approved aftermarket at a 53% profit margin. So you want me to believe this is "doing the right thing" The only way this company is successful is because they have become so large from mergers, and buyouts, they flood a local market so you have nowhere to go. On top of that they partner with alot of insurance companies to be Direct Repair Providers, if they didn't have the insurance power they would have no work. This company doesn't have repeat customers, they bank on small insurance companies who have little to no appraisal staff to send to look at a car, so they refer these jokers. I would work somewhere cleaning up animal waste before I would go back to work for this company. Do yourself a favor, if you are any type of employee and they promise you as much as a lollipop, get it in writing. I had to file a complaint with the department of labor to get them to release my last paycheck to me. **Glassdoor is just as bad as some of these companies, they won't let you right a full and accurate review** They just send you an email that says: Our moderators evaluate each review to determine whether it complies with our Community Guidelines. We determined your review does not meet these guidelines because you have mentioned or discussed yourself or another individual by name, title or association.
