Pros

None Zero Nada None Zero Nada

Cons

Everything. Maryland Market is a joke run by a host of Incompetent Regional Managers all former employees of the Regions Vice President that sold her stores to Caliber Collision. Good old boys club aka high school clique. General Managers are not permitted to actually manage and are expected to tolerate transfires aka employees that should be fired for multiple reasons but upper management just shovels them around store to store trying to make retention numbers look good. Ridiculous hours in excess of 75 per week. They find every excuse to not honor pay structure bonuses. Regional Managers and above do NOT provide support, cover your store in times of need unless you are part of “the club”. They are gossipy unprofessional incompetent unsopportive and typically never have an answer to a question. There is absolutely no training with the company. The company pushes goals but trust when you achieve the goals it is not acknowledged therefore creating a negative culture. If you don’t show up for work, don’t do your job and are an “atta boy” you will do great with Caliber. If you are a hard worker, go to work everyday, follow the Core Values and do everything under the sun, moon and stars for the company you need to work elsewhere as you will never be appreciated and disposed of like a piece of garbage.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
