Pros

I still say that there are plenty of opportunities in this fast-growing company but I have been noticing somewhat of a trend that makes me want to add to my previous review

Cons

I have been observing an increasingly-apparent pattern of Center Managers' powers being stripped away. Many in the Orange County, CA region have no authority to hire, fire, assign raises to or write up under-performing employees, nor can they decide how to best spend money in their shop budgets (provided there is one), without seeking permission from a tangled web of regional managers. This network of regional managers and regional office managers (one for shop ops and one for office ops; several of both in this region alone) are increasingly being likened to a 'high school popular clique' by subordinate 'team members' in the region. Center Managers must seek permission from one level of regional mgr, who then seems to need to run that by another regional who oversees all the regional managers,,, Inconsistencies abound in the run-around with varying responses and 'he-said/she-said' rhetoric which ultimately is viewed by employees as either an enormous communication breakdown or an intentional lack of transparency of company policies and objectives.

Pros

Good insurance, good coworkers, close

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
