Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate excessive absenteeism, especially when advance notice is not given. Caliber really cares about their employees. They offer a competitive Heath Insurance & 401k package and eye vision coverage. Caliber covers full cost of dental coverage for each employee. In my opinion Caliber provides a safe and professional environment to thrive in.

Cons

Caliber is an established company always looking to grow. At the time in need of good employees to alleviate existing employees work loads.
