      My co-workers and immediate manager were helpful and great to work with.

      Cons

      Senior Management was underexperienced and unqualified for the most part. Five Months into the winter season, management decided to change the bonus structure reducing my pay by over 10,000 dollars. I had to escalate too the CEO before any resolution was reached. I then found other employment but extended my last day to finish the winter season and do right by Caliber. However they never paid my winter bonus even after I stayed to finish the season and help them out. Not be trusted.

      Pros

      The people who work below middle management are great.

      Cons

      Do not have personal or private conversations in the office or around the office, go outside or to your car to have a private conversation. They have cameras in the office and around desks. Senior leadership cannot be trusted as they have recorded conversations and private meetings with their phones. They can not be trusted. Do not go to H.R. they are not your friend and not there to protect you.
