Pros
Located in a nice building, some good equipment, interesting projects, some very smart people, company is expanding. Honestly having a hard time thinking of anything.
Cons
Worst place I have ever worked. No work/life balance, no promotions, out of touch management, toxic environment. We were once told that working 12 hour days 6 days a week was a minimum.
