      Senior Management cannot speak English fluently and are insecure. Management has no knowledge of renewables and is wasting company dollars. At-Will Employment agreements with no severance and termination with no cause. Beware

      All current employees are some of the smartest people I’ve had the opportunity to work with. Most everyone is happy to work with you or help out on projects.

      Attrition has been an issue, but the company is reaching a point of stability soon.
