      Pros

      Flexible working hours with plenty of opportunities for growth especially for new developers. The organizational structure is horizontal which is very efficient for good communication between the different departments of the team.

      Cons

      Being a new startup company, the resources provided like mentors and stipends are limited. Nonetheless, a great company to work for.
