Pros

- Interview process was streamline and professional. - Fellow co-workers are pleasant to work with

Cons

- 100+ member panel per coach is expected, which makes it difficult to build rapport especially on such a sensitive subject and facilitating lifestyle change. - Lowest pay in the company even though we are the most impactful, and front facing that drives change. - Coaches wear many hats, we are tech support, program support and medical diffusers (even though we have an entire team of medical professionals, we are still required to talk medication, which is outside our scope of practice as a coach). - No clear direction for growth although they say there is— telling employees that there are opportunities on the horizon. In the meantime they will overwork us and under pay us. Feel very undervalued here.

Pros

working from home is the only pro

Cons

low pay, overworked, short member sessions, micromanaged, lots of admin work, impossible to take breaks because of workload, lots of turnover, major burnout experienced by coaches.
