I got to learn so many things from scratch like Javascrpit, Cypress, Appium, Cypress, and API testing. Got real project experience early on which helped me grow fast. Even without much training, I was encouraged to figure things out, which made me more confident. Supportive senior who gave freedom to try and improve things. Worked on multiple projects, which helped me learn time and team management too.

Training was not structured in the beginning. Sometimes had to handle too much at once. Can feel a bit overwhelming for freshers at first, but once you get a hold of it, it becomes a great learning exprience.

This organization truly fosters growth and development. You have the opportunity to upskill while working, and the leadership is incredibly supportive—especially the CEO, who is always approachable and ready to help. The faculty also organizes regular seminars and sessions that contribute not only to professional development but also to personal growth.
