Heavy workloads due to improper tax team staffing and administrative support. Management makes decisions without considering those on which it has an effect. Not a lot of transparency from management. Best interest of the client is not given a high priority. Weak accountability to other staff members. Poor internal communication. Low standards for work quality expectations. Low staff morale. Input was not really valued. Culture was too laid back for an industry with strict tax deadlines.
